1. Virtual Printer driver API
a. To be send to NFC Device and the same data to be transmitted to mobile.
b. Virtual Printer Data to be send to the application hosted onto cloud and also to be send to Mobile (
Once User authenticate, the data is send to the mobile Device )

Objective
Create virtual printer with a window custom printer settings.
NFC device driver for accepting the data and transmitting to the mobile device


1 A) Task

1. It should be an installer that will create a printer in the panel Windows devices as if it were a conventional printer.

2. It must be valid Windows/MAC

3. When it is sent to print a document
a. The document that will be stored in a pre-defined folder
b. The folder will read the xml configuration file.
c. The document will be send to NFC Device
d. The document will be send to Application hosted on cloud.

4. should accept any type of printing documents like PDF, Word, Excel, Crystal report, HTML and so on.
5. all text data should be saved into generated XPS file as readable data.
6. all data sent by print action into our printer should be printed into generated XPS file as is.


1 B) Specific Task – Property Window

1. Down with physical printers available. This drop is load xml configuration file, which may be modified by the local agent, but if there is no connection will be the element as a reference.

2. Drop to indicate whether you want to print all pages (for default), only the current page, odd pages or odd.

3. Text field to indicate which pages you want to print.

4. Radio buttons indicating whether printing will be in color or black and black.

5. Numeric field to indicate the number of copies.

6. Indicative of whether printing horizontally or vertically scrollable.

7. Duplex. Indicate if you want to print in duplex format.

8. Numeric field indicative number of pages per side.
a. The options here are 2 or 4 pages per side.

9. A verifier type field to indicate whether printing is typeface or not.


1 C) Operational Flow

1. Clicking the OK button, two files are created.

a. A XPS file obtained as a result of printing the file in question

b. An XML file you have all the information on how you want to carry out the printing and where.

2. Displayed files indicative of that generation or the corresponding error is displayed. Both messages
will be part of xml configuration file.

2. NFC Device Driver

Objective
Develop a thin NFC device driver to accept data from the 1A Virtual printing

2 A) Task
The NFC Device will be receiving the data from the attached computer to receive the data to be
transmitted to mobile

2 B) Specific Task
The NFC driver will be compatible with any NFC readable deice to transmit the data onto the device to
open application and show the data on the device.
Any NFC enable device will be auto grated the local wifi with the password.
this will enable the device to open the link with the data and able to log-into the application.

3. Cloud Hosted Admin application

This is an application which will receive and store the data and perform authentication with the mobile
app.
Require a Portfolio website as well.

4. Cloud Hosted Mobile application

This is an application will be used by the customer to receive data and show the data in a well organised
