Need help with ruby on rails installation in ubuntu environment

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with the installation of Ruby on Rails in my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with Ruby on Rails installation and be familiar with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails installation
- Experience working with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process
Responsibilities:
- Install the latest version of Ruby on Rails (Rails 6.1) in my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS environment
- Ensure that all necessary dependencies and libraries are properly installed
