Need help with React on Rails

I need help with an issue I am facing with React on Rails. I trying react state management on my Rails app. I am new to this and trying to figure out how I can update a row in a dynamic table when something else changes. I believe 1 hour from would be enough to help me through. But happy to go up to 2 hours.
