We are looking for senior level Ruby on Rails developers who are seeking full-time projects working with a team of developers to build products for different clients. Work location: Remote but we want someone residing within Europe - Asia time zones Job type: Full time but we can start them part-time (at least 20 hrs a week) on a trial basis. But they must be willing to commit full-time (40 hrs a week) down the road. Working language: English fluency (both written and verbal) is a MUST as regular communication with teammates and clients is part of the job. Salary expectations: We prefer to pay on an hourly basis. The range is between 15-25 for good devs. Negotiable depending on experience. What are we looking for: Experience: at least 3 years as full stack developer - at least intermediate Ruby on rails skill is required As for the technical requirements: Can write algorithms, plan on their own, and execute code (we’ll test that) know Rails very well. We’ll also test it. 80% of the content of the Rails guides should be easy to explain for them. This is important as we have 2 people who are not seniors who are willing to apply themselves, learn more, and work in a team setting.
