NON-U.S. Software Developer (Ruby on Rails) (LEAD/SENIOR/STAFF/CTO) - TOP $$$

Looking for several experienced Ruby on Rails developers (or CTO) residing in Central or South America (NO CANADA OR U.S. APPLICANTS PLEASE).

WE PAY TOP $$$ FOR TOP TALENT. **COMPENSATION BASED ON EXP**

Lots of roles open, so you get to choose your own adventure: i.e.:
* TECHNICAL = code reviews/architecture;
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT = discovery/documentation;
* or LEADERSHIP = mentorship/ticket shepherding

You will work with a team of U.S. + non- U.S. developers to build sophisticated software applications (not simple websites).

Full-time/long-term engagement preferred (but we are willing to consider consistent part-time, if you prefer).

Required Qualifications

* Available 9-5 EST (+/- 2 HRS)
* Excellent written english (almost native) [verbal doesn't have be as strong]
* 7+ years experience in software development
* 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
* 3+ years experience with leadership (gathering requirements, managing expectations, defining tickets, leading other engineers)

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

* Experience training others
* Experience working with U.S. Based Venture funded teams
