Migrating an old Ruby on Rails site from old VPS onto a new CentOS 7 VPS (updated hardware), configure Let's Encrypt SSL and make live.

I am looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to migrate my old site from an old CentOS 7 VPS onto a new VPS with updated hardware and optional new OS (can be CentOS 7, Ubuntu etc). I have full access to the current server and website files. Some minor adjustments are needed for the new server as it is an old Ruby on Rails website, but it's mostly a standard setup. After the migration is complete, I will not require any ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have experience with server migration, CentOS 7, Let's Encrypt SSL configuration, and old Ruby on Rails versions.
