Migrate Redis Database to new host for Ruby Website

We have an existing website/app living on Heroku. It's mostly Ruby with typical HTML/CSS/JS for presentation.

Project is to move Redis database from Redistogo to ObjecRocket and connect the website/app to the new database.

- We were using Redistogo, but the service is out of business
- RDB backup files are available
- We will have a new account at ObjectRocket
- You will use backup to make new Redis database at ObjectRocket
- You will connect Ruby website on Heroku to the new Redis database at ObjectRocket
- And redeploy website via Git
