Mid-Level (4+ years of experience) and Senior (7+ years of experience) Ruby on Rails developers are being sought to participate on a diverse team to evolve a legacy system as well as develop new products. The responsibilities include implementing direction from the leadership team, operating using test-driven development, collaborating with team members on strategic and creative approaches to development, and supporting company policies and standards related to development and security.
Should be mission-driven, have experience working with a diverse team, and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Developers should demonstrate professional communication and interpersonal skills and a solid foundation in software design.
