Looking for a web and mobile developer (Ruby on Rails, React Native, Kotlin, Swift) -- 2 (Female developers are welcome)

I am looking for a senior developer who can work on both web and mobile development.
The project is using Ruby on Rails for web version and React Native, Kotlin, and Swift for mobile version app.
So you should be able to work in both full stack and mobile development.
I am going to pay you $1.5k to 2k a month.
The current mobile application is a React Native project but has a bridge using Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.
And the web application is a full stack RoR project using slim.
You must familiar with those skills and have experience in building online virtual meeting functionality using above skills.
It's urgent so I will hire someone in one or two days.
