Looking for a Rails Developer

I am in need of a experienced ruby and rails developer. I am running the prelaunchr app on aws, but it has a small issues with assets precompile. The app is deployed with capistrano, and deployment is working correctly. But after deploying the app, some images can't be precompiled.
