Install Existing Rails Project on Digital Ocean point it to given domain Name + install the same on local machine

We had a rails web app running long back. For some reasons it was stopped. Now the same Rails app needs to be hosted on digital ocean and to be installed on my local machine. If these are successful, I have some updates to be done in view pages and a new module to be added.

But first thing to be done is install app on digital ocean server and local machine.
