Implement design UI using defined rails API calls

Need a developer with experience working with Rails views / javascript / CSS to do the front end work for 3-4 rails based pages. All APIs are defined and have a very experienced Rails backend developer, just don't want to do the front end work. There are already basic pages using a Rails controller and models to get the data.
