Full stack dev for cloud hosted app

Full stack developer that specialize in ruby, vue and AWS services.
We are looking for a full stack developer to work with us to develop a simple application for our clients.
This will be a hybrid server-less/server run application. Functionality for the application is similar to that of a multi-tenant CRM / task manager. To assist bids please mention this fact in your bid.
Foundations of the application (security/user management/email notifications) to be handled by AWS services. Business application to be developed in ruby.
Must have knowledge about integration with third party applications using APIs.
You should have:
1) Right technical knowledge,
2) Expertise to design, test, deliver and document multi-tenant web application.
We have wireframes & requirements for each ‘module’ that will include:
User dashboard
Tenant admin dashboard
Owner admin dashboard
User profiles
Teams (the ability to group users of a tenant and tag them into teams)
Task boards
Calendar
Meetings (some mildly complex workflows for creating meeting, creating meeting documents)
Document storage (including electronic signatures)
Reporting
Project briefing docs and wireframes available.
This job is for MVP only which we estimated at 150 hours. (Also looking for a long term partner, next 3 releases over next 12 months we also estimated 100 hours each, but can discuss that after MVP1)
