In terms of our tech stack, you will need excellent familiarity with:
Ruby on Rails
Postgres
SCSS
Heroku
When you submit proposal, ANSWER the QUESTIONS:
1. describe your experience with Rails(How long, largest project, do you write tests, etc)
2. Link to 1~2 controllers/models that you've written, so we can review your code. Ideally also include your Github so we can look at your open source repos
3. Do you have experience with a single Rails app utilizing multiple databases (for scale / speed)? If so, describe your experience
