Full-Time Senior ROR Dev - USA hours (we are looking for individuals. not companies)

Hello, we are looking for a full-time ROR developer.
Note: this is a long-term relationship. we are looking to hire someone that will stay with us minimum of 3 years, and preferably 5+ 10+ years! and more.
1. must have good ROR skills backend and frontend
2. we prefer 5+ years ROR experience
3. must be able to work Los Angeles time 7/8am 8-10 hours per day (we will allow 20-40% working on your time zone as well)
4. must be able to talk to us English using skype audio zoom audio. perfect English is not required, must we must be able to communicate with you comfortably.
5. we will validate your ROR skills before hiring you - (a) we will ask to see some of your ROR code from before, so you can explain how you wrote it, and why wrote it the way you wrote ie. (b) we will also ask you to write very simple to show your skills...
