THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong CSS & HTML Proficiency: We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of CSS and HTML who can create visually appealing and responsive web pages with clean, efficient code.
- Experience with Figma and Design Collaboration: Your ability to collaborate effectively with designers and translate their vision into functional UI/UX components will be crucial in maintaining design consistency and meeting project requirements.
- Ruby on Rails Knowledge: Having experience or familiarity with Ruby on Rails is beneficial, considering that a portion of our website operates on this framework.
- Time Zone Compatibility: The EST time zone ensures smooth communication and collaboration with our team, minimizing potential delays and streamlining project workflows. Make sure this time zone fits your schedule.
- Proven Track Record (5 Years Experience): We value professionals with a solid track record of at least 5 years in front-end development/design roles. Make sure to present this on your resume.
TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS
As a Front-end Developer your tasks will include:
- Web development & maintenance.
- Design Collaboration and Implementation.
- Browser and Device Compatibility Testing.
- Code Optimization and Performance Enhancement.
To complete these tasks you should be familiar with the following:
- Strong CSS & HTML knowledge
- Experience with Figma
- Ruby on Rails knowledge
- Experience with Tailwind CSS

• This is a remote position. You must be prepared and experienced with working from home and have access to a stable internet connection and quiet place to take calls.
• This role is contract based (1099).
• All job offers start with a 60-day paid trial to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.
• Working within the EST time zone.
• Being available and ready to start working in mid-May 2024.
