Fix ruby wicked_pdf + highcharts bug and deploy

I have an old ruby app, highcharts stopped working with wicked_pdf , I need help debugging highcharts. I dont know how to debug highcharts because its generating PDF, not HTML.

Then I need the app deployed and reboot resistant (I already run it in DO only need boot resistant)
