Experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to work on my Rails website

Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Design robust, scalable, and secure features
- Lead, coach, and help grow the Crowdfrica development team
- Identify areas of risk and complexity during the planning process and development
- Follow and advocate best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and code standards, etc.)
- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
- Proven work experience in software development
- AWS
- Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
- Experience developing highly interactive applications
- Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
- Good knowledge of relational databases
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL databases
