Enterprise Ruby on Rails App - Supporting Developer

Hi,
I have an enterprise ruby on rails application hosted in Heroku and I need assistance with making enhancements to existing functionality and adding new features.
The works will start small, but ultimately I am looking to build a working relationship with someone to support me with various development works for this platform, some minor and some in the pipeline are major feature builds.
Initially I estimate there is around 15-30 hours of work in the first 'project' and I will pay 4/6 hours of extra time for familiarisation. I will also provide a development environment.
The first set needs to be delivered by the end of May so let me know if you are interested and the timeline works.
