Discourse Forum App Extension

I need middleware or something similar that will allow me to send an API call that allows for additional functionality over Topics. I do not want to modify anything with the base app if possible but we can discuss the best way to do this with a developer who has experience specific to discourse.

- Add Topic and specify Created, Expire Timer, and other fields with one API call.
- Edit fields on existing topics easily.

There will be ongoing work as we expand what we are doing overall. I am happy to discuss this further in chat.
