Developpement ruby on rails / fat free crm
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I'm seeking a developer experienced in Ruby on Rails v6.0 to enhance an existing application with integration with Fat Free CRM. The developer should have significant familiarity with both technologies, as well as knowledge of the latest industry trends. Experience with other web and software development technologies is a plus. The project timeframe is subject to negotiation, depending on further details. I am eager to hear from qualified developers who can advise how to best go about this task.
The main goal is to create a plugin that will add the TICKETING function and tab in the CRM (back
office). And to deploy and test the solution in our cloud instance.
The code will be commited to our github repository.
The developement is in ENGLISH (comments, documentation...). Especially we keep the back
office in english, even if the form in front office is in french in the example below.

1) TICKET feature is a new tab/ ressource in the back office, see description
below.
2) TWO(2) URLs accessible from anyone outside the company (no login) will
enable to create TICKETS.
3) Customization to the name of existing ressources/tabs as explained in specification document (to be provided later).
