Deploy old ruby app to digitalocean

I need to deploy a S3 project in DigitalOcean

1. Rails app
2. Redis
3. Sidekiq
4. PostgreSQL
5. Configure domain and ssl (letsencrypt is fine)
6. Deployment must work after machine reboot

And migrate S3 files from my account to one you have to create, I will provide the email address. Configure the new machine to work with this.

I have the source code and the database backup ready.

The system must work.
