Deploy app rails on gcloud app engine

I’ve a rails app running in local to deploy on gcloud app engine.
The app was already deployed on my project in gcloud app engine but I redeployed the app and now rails doesn’t start on gcloud.

I need support to find what’s the problem and deploy the app.
