Deploy Forem Open-Source Application (Ruby on Rails) on Heroku

We are looking for an experienced and motivated developer to deploy the open-source application Forem(https://github.com/forem/forem) popularly known as DEV(https://dev.to) on Heroku. The deployment should be production-ready, containerized, and fully functional, running on HTTPS. This project offers an excellent learning opportunity as you'll work with a popular open-source application and modern deployment practices.
Key Requirements:
Deployment Platform:
Deploy the application on Heroku.
Application:
The application is built with Ruby on Rails, as detailed in the official repository: Forem GitHub(https://github.com/forem/forem).
Containerized Deployment:
Use Docker or an equivalent containerization tool for deployment.
Production-Ready Deployment:
Ensure the application is deployed in a production-ready state, accessible via HTTPS.
Database Setup:
Set up the required database (i.e., PostgreSQL) as part of the deployment process.
Cloudinary Setup:
Configure Cloudinary or an equivalent service for media storage and management.
Documentation:
Prepare and share comprehensive documentation on the deployment process.
Documentation should be clear and include all necessary steps, configurations, and commands.
The documentation should allow us to deploy the application ourselves using the methods provided at Forem Developers(https://developers.forem.com/).
