Create a Shopify App for Not On The Hight Street using their API

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer to create a Shopify App for Not On The High Street using their API. The app must make use of Inventory Management, and the Freelancer should have experience in this field. The app should be written using a programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails. In their application, successful Freelancers should include details regarding their past work, and a detailed project proposal.

We are an online jewellery seller and NOt on the hight street is an ecommerce platform that we sell on. We need the API to fetch orders from NOTHS and reduce the inventory accordingly
