Connect Grafana Dashboard to RubyOnRails Admin Web Platform

We need a freelancer who knows how to connect the dashboards from grafana private server with a web admin platform. The web admin platform works with RubyOnRails and uses the AdminWeb plugin. We need someone with previous experience on this to do the specific tasks we are asking.
