Conformity to GDPR - add user cancellation procedure to React Native + Ruby On Rails mobile app

For one of our customers, we are looking for a React Native developer + Ruby On Rails backend developer to help us ensure our mobile app is compliant with GDPR regulations. Specifically, we need to add a user cancellation procedure to the app that allows users to delete their personal data. Moreover, a minor bug-fixing in the Login procedure (store email data in app)
Requirements:
- Experience with React Native
- Experience with Ruby on Rails (backend)
- Familiarity with in-app databases and data storage
- Ability to add an automated user data deletion feature to the app
