Configure elasticsearch queries and indices for rails 6 application

I need someone who given a schema for a Ruby on Rails Application could create an elasticsearch query, ngram analyzer, filter declarations and suggestion for 2 models. The team is currently using 'elasticsearch-model', '~> 7.2.0' 'elasticsearch-rails', '~> 7.2.0', with elasticsearch version "7.15.2". This wont require you to build the project or access any code, just provide the required index_ass_json, mapping, and setting hash; very simple.
