Complex CRM with API support

Hello,
I’m looking for a team to support CRM with API and services. Current developer doesn’t have time anymore and we are late.

Up to $15/per productive hour

You will get a current list of issues, investigate them, discuss with previous developers and start fixing issues immediately in a test environment. If there is no test environment, you will prepare it.
Code will be controlled via two GitHub repos: one for CRM, other for CRM API.
Tasks will be strictly managed via Web based task management software: due dates, priorities, task statuses must be managed and followed, simple scrum sessions (What's done, To do, Issues facing) are required.
