Changes to website using Ruby on Rails

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails contractor to assist in updating and modifying our existing website who can seamlessly integrate with our team to enhance the functionality and design of our platform.
Must have a minimum five years of professional experience and should have a proven track record of successfully updating, modifying, and maintaining Ruby on Rails websites. They should be adept at interpreting layouts and implementing necessary code adjustments to meet our specific business requirements.
Responsibilities:
> Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives.
> Update, modify, and maintain our existing Ruby on Rails website according to provided layouts and specifications.
> Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to ensure the website's optimal performance.
> Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve the website's functionality.
> Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve technical problems or user experience shortcomings.
> Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
> Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.
Agreement:
Prior to commencing work on our project, the selected candidate will be required to sign an Intellectual Property agreement. This agreement will outline the ownership and protection of all intellectual property developed during the course of the contract. It ensures that any code, design elements, or innovations created or modified during the contract period remain the sole property of our business safeguarding our proprietary information and assets.
