Convert Ruby on Rail Site to an ASP.NET MVC site C# Code base. Open to fee proposals outside of provided range as I am not sure how much work is involved in competing the task.
Attached is a zip file containing the Ruby on Rails site.
This google doc was written as a site specification and discussion tool for the original development. The only difference I am after is that I want to host the new site internally on a VM.
