The developer should have:
1) Right technical knowledge,
2) Expertise and Experience to design, test, deliver and manage Complex web application.
3) Experience in developing custom modules using Canvas LMS or other Ruby based applications.
The website should be responsive, user friendly and eye-catching.
We need scalable, enterprise-ready, rapid prototypes - within budget.
Skills required:

3)Technical skills on Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Skill sets:
1)Proficiency in ruby on rails framework
2)Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
3)Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
4)Knowledge of concurrency patterns in ROR framework
5)Knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
6)Experience with both external and embedded databases
7)Knowledge about integration with third party applications using SAML, oAuth and Rest APIs
8)Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
9)Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
10)Basic understanding of nginx server, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
11)Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
12)Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
13)Familiarity with continuous integration
