Build me a social web app
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am in need of a developer that can help me in creating the Alpha version of a small social network. First version would be desktop only. Will build mobile friendly version shortly after and eventually an App for the App Store (Apple/Android). I can't reveal too much, but the first version would have roughly 10-20 pages. This project will be handling user's personal information (legal IDs, photos, bank statements, etc.) so candidate would need to know how to secure that information.
Ideal candidate would have experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, (or similar equivalent), REST APIs, and be US based. Must speak fluent English.
