Add Bulk Send to RoR app via Hellosign
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A registration portal already exists which was created using RoR and integrates to HelloSign. Once the customer registers, a registration form is sent via HelloSign and the customers details are stored as a database in the web application.
There are currently four types of “customer types” which are already configured. When the client registers currently, they are served an embedded registration form to sign, based on the “customer type”.
The scope of work for this project is to create a page in the admin side of the web App that will allow a template document (created by hello sign) to be assigned to a customer type, and upon confirmation, a bulk send of the template would be sent to all customers of that type, for signature.
Once contract is signed its sent via email to member and admin.
Contacts must then be downloadable via the web app.
4 templates need to be created.
