AWS DevOps & ROR expert

AWS Architect needed for a fintech web application, with a focus on security.

The architecture will include:
- Rails backend
- PostgreSQL 9+
- PgAdmin
- Nginx
- Redis

I am facing an issue in calling Redis and it seems to be necessary to fix binding Redis port into app.
Please help me to fix the small issue for me.
