AWESOME Ruby on Rails Developer Needed for Long-Term (many years) Position

Hello,
We're looking for a Rails developer to expand our team. In the past developers have stayed with us for two or more years, so we hope this becomes a long-term job.
The project being developed is in the following technologies:
Required:
Ruby on Rails 3
Docker
Optional:
CoffeeScript
MySQL
Haml
Amazon S3 (very little)
It's not required that you know all these technologies, but you should be able to pick them up fairly quickly. And if anything seems unclear, you can ask me since I programmed our current version.
You can also checkout our homepage for examples of other projects we've worked on.
We'd like to form a long-term relationship with the developer. If this projects is done effectively, we'd continue building more projects.
