UiPath Automation for Customer Service
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I want to take several repetitive steps out of our customer service operation and put them in the hands of a UiPath robot. At a high level the goal is to remove the manual back-and-forth that slows agents down and introduce an attended or unattended bot (whichever you recommend) that can sit inside our existing service environment, listen for triggers, and complete the routine actions automatically.
Right now the process touches CRM look-ups, email or chat follow-ups, and status updates in our ticketing tool. The exact scope—whether that means drafting first-response messages, updating ticket fields, or routing escalations—will be finalised with your expertise once you have reviewed our current screens and APIs. We do not have formal documentation; you will need to map the steps with me during a short discovery session and translate that into UiPath workflows.
What I need from you
• Build and configure UiPath sequences/state machines that replicate the agreed customer service steps
• Implement error handling, logging, and exception reporting so we always know what the bot is doing
• Package the solution ready for deployment in UiPath Orchestrator, including assets, queues, and credentials management
• Provide concise run documentation and a hand-off walkthrough
Acceptance criteria
• Bot completes the defined steps end-to-end without manual intervention in a test environment
• All exceptions are captured in logs and surfaced through Orchestrator alerts
• Handover documents are clear enough for another developer to maintain the process
If you are comfortable with REST API calls, selectors for dynamic web elements, and Orchestrator best practices, let’s talk through the workflow and get the automation live.
