Resolve Windows RPA Deployment Failure

Task Description
We have an RPA bot installed on a Windows Server. The flow is simple:
1. A campaign is created in our Laravel system.
2. A webhook sends the campaign data to the Windows Server.
3. The server should launch the RPA software to create the campaign — but the bot never starts.
Design-time works fine on the dev machine. Deployment shows no errors. On the server, nothing opens, no process starts, and no logs/crash dumps appear.

• Find why the bot won’t start on the Windows Server when triggered by the webhook.
• Fix any deployment/runtime issues (permissions, services, paths, user session, licensing, etc.).
• Make sure the bot launches cleanly both manually and through the webhook.
