RPA for Data Entry Automation

I want to streamline the way we handle data entry and ongoing data management within Embark Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd by introducing a robust robotic process automation (RPA) solution. Right now, large volumes of policy information reach us in mixed formats, and too much of our team’s time is spent on repetitive copy-paste, validation, and database updates.

Your mandate is to analyse these operational processes, design an automated workflow, and deploy an RPA bot that performs the data capture, cleansing, and upload steps with minimal human intervention. If you prefer UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or another enterprise-grade toolset, let me know—what matters most is accuracy, auditability, and ease of maintenance for our in-house IT staff.

Key deliverables
• Process map showing the “as-is” and “to-be” flows
• Fully developed bot (with source files) that handles data extraction, validation rules, error logging, and hand-off to our SQL database
• Configuration and user guide so our team can re-schedule, scale, or modify the bot without your assistance
• A short test report confirming success criteria: ≥99 % accuracy on a sample batch, clean exception handling, and runtime logs we can archive for compliance

While the first milestone focuses on data entry and management, the architecture should be flexible enough to expand into areas such as employee onboarding or financial reporting later on.
