Need RPA Developer - Automate Hospital EMR Data Entry
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an RPA workflow that automatically inputs patient data into our in-house EMR platform (it isn’t Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts, so the solution must remain system-agnostic and easy to retarget). The bot will run on either UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate Desktop—please choose whichever you can deliver more reliably, but keep the project portable.
Scope of automation
• Task focus: patient data entry only.
• Data fields: demographic information, medical history, and lab results pulled from our existing intake files and placed into the corresponding EMR screens.
• Volume: daily batches, so unattended execution is preferred, with clear logging and simple error handling that a non-technical staff member can review.
What I expect as deliverables
1. The fully built workflow using Ui path/power automate dekstop/or any other tool, with reusable variables so we can adjust field names if our EMR UI changes.
2. A short configuration guide that includes prerequisites, credential handling approach, and step-by-step deployment instructions.
3. A brief demo video or live walkthrough that shows the bot running end-to-end on at least one full patient record.
Acceptance criteria
• All three data categories populate correctly every run.
• No manual clicks or keystrokes are required once the bot is launched.
• Execution log clearly flags records it could not process.
If clarifications are needed on field locations or naming conventions inside our EMR, I’ll provide screen recordings and a test database. Let’s keep communication rapid so the first usable version can be ready within a week, with refinements to follow.
