Multi Domain UiPath Automation Project

Several critical workflows in my finance, healthcare, and logistics lines of business now need to run end-to-end in UiPath. The scope covers everything from smart data capture to lights-out execution, so deep expertise with Document Understanding, robust API integrations, and hands-on Orchestrator administration is essential.

Environment & approach
We work in UiPath Studio (Modern), lean on REFramework for resiliency, and govern everything through Orchestrator queues and triggers. AI Center and the ML Extractor will power the document pipelines, while secure REST calls will connect bots to our core systems.

Key objectives
• Data extraction and processing of high-volume PDFs, spreadsheets, and email attachments
• Straight-through workflow automation that spans multiple applications and web portals
• Responsive email and web automation tasks, all centrally monitored in Orchestrator
• Hardened Orchestrator setup—roles, assets, queues, alerts—ready for production

Deliverables will include the published packages, orchestrator configurations, reusable components, and concise run-books so my team can support and scale the solution after hand-over. Everything will be developed remotely with regular check-ins and access to a dedicated test environment.
