Form-Filling RPA Bot Automation

I need a reliable RPA solution that takes care of repetitive data-entry work for me. The single purpose of the bot is to grab information that already sits in our online forms and then populate other web-based forms with that same data—no manual copy-paste, no human delay.

Here’s the flow in plain terms: each time a submission lands in the source online form, the bot should detect it, extract the required fields, open the destination form, and enter the data exactly as a human would (including dropdown selections, date pickers, file uploads, and any captcha-friendly workaround you recommend). A success log or screenshot at the end of each run is essential so I can audit what was submitted.

I’m comfortable with mainstream tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, so build with whichever platform lets us go live fastest while still being stable and easy to maintain.
