Excel Automation for Desktop friendly Web Portal

I have an in-house desktop application that manages our inventory. Each day we generate an updated Excel file and, at the moment, someone copies those inventory details field-by-field into the web portal. I want that manual step removed.

Your task is to build a reliable auto-entry routine for 10000 users, that reads the daily Excel sheet from web portal and pushes its contents into the correct screens of the desktop portal without human intervention. I’m open to the most practical approach—VBA with SendKeys, a .NET utility that leverages the portal’s APIs (if discoverable), or an RPA solution such as UiPath/Power Automate—so long as the outcome is hands-free and stable on Windows.

Deliverables
• A working executable, script, or RPA flow that imports the full set of inventory details from Excel into the corresponding fields of the desktop application.
• Configuration guide so I can update field mappings if the sheet layout changes.
• Quick video or live demo proving a full day’s inventory load runs end-to-end unattended.

Acceptance criteria
• Runs on Windows 10/11 with standard user privileges.
• Handles at least 1,000 inventory rows in one pass without crashing or duplicate entries.
• Generates a simple log (success/fail per row) for daily reconciliation.
