Cg shot match

I need help to somehow match 2 shots together. I NEED IT TO LOOK LIKE THE CHAIRS THE TWO MEN ARE SITTING IN ARE THE SAME IN BOTH SHOTS. As you can see in below files, shot one the chairs are white and shot two the chairs are black. I am open to all solutions as long as the final result looks convincing! (I have high res versions of both shots which will be sent upon hire). Thanks!
