VFX need for a Victorian Short Film

VFX needed for a short victorian horror film. Items include:

- Power cable / modern security alarm device removals
- One boom removal
- One revolver gun shot
- 2 green screened characters in one shot
- Adding a flare being shot out of a gun in 2 shots
- One shot needed a green smoke effect
- The most important effect is adding a "rust" colored fog effect similar to this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EfWVFWAUB0
This effect is in multiple shots and scenes of the film.

Footage: 8 mins worth of footage needs some sort of effect listed above.
