VFX Artist Needed – Precision Rotoscoping for Pride Flag Colorization (B&W 16mm Film)

I’m an independent filmmaker working on a short film shot on 16mm black-and-white reversal film.
I’m seeking a skilled VFX artist with strong rotoscoping and compositing experience to accurately recreate a full-color Pride flag within a black-and-white sequence.
This is not a stylized or abstract treatment—the goal is a clear, literal Pride flag with correct stripe order and consistency, even as the fabric folds and moves.
Because the footage contains no color information, this will require manual roto work, careful mask tracking, and precise color placement across shifting fabric.
Scope of Work:
Rotoscope a moving, partially bundled Pride flag
Maintain consistent stripe placement (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple) across folds and motion
Track masks accurately over time
Apply clean, solid color fills (no gradients or interpretation)
Composite into black-and-white footage while preserving film grain and texture
Ensure edges are clean and stable (no flicker or color bleed)

This is a precision-driven effect. The Pride flag must read clearly and correctly at all times, even with movement and folds. Consistency is critical. I also need control over vibrancy and intensity.
