Rotoscoping and Background Removal

I need help with rotoscoping and background removal for these two videos. The goal is to make the background transparent & to ENSURE THE VISUAL FX GLOW PARTICLES and OBJECT (a/c unit) ALONG W CHARACTER PERSON stays full in the video, while removing the background AS A .MOV file*** The final deliverables should maintain visual quality consistent with the original videos and be able to be overlaid on diff footage.
