Commercial Video Face Replacement
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a fully produced commercial spot, but the on-screen talent is no longer approved for use. I therefore need the person’s appearance changed—specifically the face and the clothing—while keeping every other element exactly as it is.
The source file is a 14-second 4K ProRes master with separate audio stems. I can also supply the original edit timeline (Premiere Pro) and camera-raw plates if that helps you track and composite more cleanly. Your task is to replace the actor’s face and update the outfit so it looks as though the new look was there from the very first shoot. The voice, timing, actions and background must remain untouched because the cut has already cleared legal and brand review.
A convincing result will likely call for motion tracking, rotoscoping, color matching, and possibly AI-driven face replacement or deepfake techniques. I don’t mind which tools you prefer—After Effects, Nuke, DaVinci Fusion, FaceSwap, or custom ML pipelines—as long as the final render is seamless, free of artefacts, and ready for broadcast.
Deliverables:
• 4K ProRes 422 HQ final master matching the original runtime and timecode
• An online-ready H.264 version for quick review
• All project files, comps, and assets so we can make future revisions in-house if needed
Acceptance criteria: the updated face and clothing must hold up under frame-by-frame scrutiny, skin tones must match lighting across the scene, and there should be zero jitter, warping, or mask drift throughout the shot.
