Storm-Induced Foundation & Roof Damage Assessment

I'm experiencing issues with my property, specifically with the foundation and the roof due to recent storm damage. I'm interested in obtaining a concise, comprehensive damage analysis that can help identify the needed repairs or replacements.
Foundation Analysis:
The foundation of the property is cracked and requires an expert evaluation to determine the extent of the damage and potential solutions. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with foundation inspection and knowledge of different repair techniques. A crack was formed due to the force of a GIGANTIC tree coming down. The crack started downward and followed along the length of the house presumably cracking at the weakest points. All State told me I needed to have a structural engineer attest that the crack was caused by the tree. The crack DID NOT exist prior to the storm.
Roof Inspection:
My roof, made of asphalt shingles, has minor structural damage. Besides a hole in the roof that needs fixing, a couple of joists/rafters are cracked. I'm in need of a professional who can evaluate this and provide a solid, efficient plan for repair.
