Roof ceiling water stain damage repair
Budget: $150 – $200 AUD
My living room ceiling has a watermark that appears from time to time,if becomes mouldy if it is not cleaned.The spot where the watermark appears gets more damp compared to other parts of the ceiling. We suspect it could be a leak from the bathroom which is directly above the living room.
It could also be coming in from the roof outside(where the garage meets the main building) but not entirely sure
Require someone to investigate the water mark and carry out a fix if there is a leak.Must provide own tools and ladder for access to roof via garage.Willing to pay $150 for this (investigation plus any repairs needed).
